My spouse and I used this ratcheting multi-bit screwdriver quite often but dropped the medium sized Phillips bit while working at a wildlife refuge. I contacted the company and was told replacement bits are not available for purchase. Although a good quality tool I cannot recommend it due to that fact.
For $30 these bits should be magnetic, but they designed it with a detent ball in each bit to hold it in the screwdriver, so only their special bits work which kinda sucks.
If you need just one utility screwdriver, this would be a great choice. All the standard bits are conveniently and securely stored in the handle. The ratcheting feature will save wear and tear on your hands and wrists when doing repetitive work.
Well made, like everything from channel lock. Double sided, quality bits stored in the end. Has a ratchet system built in like a socket wrench. Highly recommended.
I use this for work and I have to say it is the best multi-bit ratcheting screwdriver that I have ever used and the price is crazy affordable for what you get. I have a Klein ratcheting screwdriver as a back-up, but I never touch it. This is essentially a rebranded MegaPro screwdriver at a much better price. It has a very precise mechanism in the it low back-drag while ratcheting. The shaft is narrow to get into tight spaces. I could go on and on about how great it is. I have no complaints whatsoever. Good job to Channellock for taking advantage of MegaPro's great design that already existed instead of trying to reinvent the wheel and make their own version.
