Poor quality control and shoddy construction

There was a sharp metal burr in the cutting area of the tool that should have been removed at the factory. In addition, the exposed metal handles above the plastic grips had a residue that appeared to be dried adhesive used to adhere the grips to the handles. The plastic grips also had an oily feel. It appears that the construction of this product was rather shoddy and the quality control was lacking.

WORKS GREAT CUTTING WIRES AND CABLES FOR MY ANTNENNAS

I do sound recording for a living and have to cut my own SMA antennas for my wireless systems. Had a smaller Klein wire cutter that could cut some wires, but not all so needed a tool that was more robust. Channellock 6" wire cutter works like a charm! Never heard of the company before, but apparently are known for their quality tools. They cut through these SMA cables like butter... Recommend highly.

These are the best plyer/cutters ever. Long handles give fantastic leverage and cut screws like butter.Yes the are a little speedy but worth ever pennies.Buy them! You'll love them.
