At 4.50 inches in length, the CHANNELLOCK® 804 4" Adjustable Wrench is the smallest adjustable wrench in the CHANNELLOCK® family and can be easily and conveniently transported in a pocket or small tool bag. Quality is what you expect from Channel Lock, Excellent. But the idea behind this tool gives it so much territory. Extremely wide jaws with the milled down width of the jaws makes this tool cover an amazing number of jobs. It is not the only wrench you will ever need but if I need to throw the fewest things into a tool bag, I will not leave without it. Actually, I can't think of any tool I've carried more.
Ok, it's a Spanish made channelock and of decent quality. However, just a heads up this guy seems WAY smaller than the six inch model. This might be a good size if you're a gram weenie or bicyclist that needs nothing bigger than about a 1/2 capacity. But If you have room for the six inch in your kit it would be much more versatile. I'm going to keep it and pair it with a bit driving multitool and the 125mm knipex cobra for a minimalist tool kit.
This seems to be well made. Not a lot of play in the jaws. It feels precise. Time will tell - but out of the box this looks like it was a good buy
nice action, stays parallel, handle feels fine, laser markings work. its a rebrand from a company that makes these for high end.
